Why specialise only in Samsung?
Every manufacturer has its own way of designing appliances, numbering parts, programming boards and defining error codes. Focusing on one brand means learning its systems in depth: how washer level sensors work, how an inverter board drives a fridge compressor, how a dishwasher reacts to a small leak.
So we chose to specialise in four Samsung appliances: washers, dishwashers, dryers and refrigerators. Specialisation means more accurate diagnosis, less time searching for the cause, and repair suggestions based on understanding the appliance rather than guesswork.
