The repair request form
The request form on this site doesn’t send your data to a server or store it. When you press send, the site prepares a text message and opens WhatsApp — you decide whether to send it.
When you send the message or call us, we use the information you share (such as name, phone, area and fault description) only to contact you and coordinate the service.
WhatsApp and calls
WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) privacy policy. We don’t share your contact details with other parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics and cookies
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used (for example, most visited pages and clicks on contact buttons). These tools may use cookies and collect aggregated technical data such as device type, browser and pages visited.
